Here is an excerpt from thw World of Silence by Max Picard (1953):
"THE HUMAN FACE is the ultimate frontier between silence and speech. It is the wall from which language arises.
Silence is like one of the organs of the human face. Not only the eyes and mouth and brow are in thc human face, but silence is there as well. It is everywhere in the face; it is the foundation of every part.
The cheeks are the walls that cover up the word from thc sides. But the violent motion of the lines of the nose shows that what is held together between the surfaces of the cheeks wants to get outside.
From the vault of the brow silence does not strive outward; it trickles inwardly like dew.

Silence listens to itself when the mouth is speaking.
In silence the lines of the mouth are like the closed wings of a butterfly. When the word starts moving, the wings open and the butterfly flies away."

There was a time in our evolution when we were one with the living earth and with the creative heart of the universe. We were hunter-gatherers then and today’s indigenous peoples remember that origin. We in the global West have been trained to forget it to the detriment of the earth and ourselves.

BTW, ER is all driven inside a gift economy, so there is no charge for anything, and it's a very very rich environment with 4000 people as members and many are very intensively involved in creating ER.
