With all this crazy complexity and the insistence on individuation the am really leaning toward KI and Kin - they FEEL warmer and closer and inclusive.

On a family Zoom my 7-year old grandsons will frequently change "their" name under "their" gallery picture, including "kitten" and often a coded label.
