Robert Kennedy's book is orderable from Barnes and Nobles, but when I wanted to buy it for a Christmas present it was not physically available in any Barnes and Nobles store within a 100 mile radius of me. Despite being listed as a best seller on their website. Not only that, but it was not available with the "order online pick up in the store" option. You could only order it and have it mailed to you. Very, very strange. So I don't know about "easily" available.
