01:14:40 Stanley Pokras: We need to focus our attention on Peter, please.
01:15:39 Leo Jacoby: I have a question for Peter
01:16:51 Kat Haber: @Peter: what might we have in the Nexus of peace and Earth care?

01:19:55 Diane Skidmore: And Lolo - we do write to each other individually - it's kinda normal - and wonderful!! So - my address also diskid.22@ntlworld.com
01:21:12 Candy Leonard: Currently reading The Extended Mind by Annie Murphy Paul. Fascinating and important.
01:21:39 Ian Lewis: Hi Peter. Thank you for your wonderful offerings. There is a place I am throughout my meditations [since 60+ years, now] where gender simply slips away and better energies flow. Do we need gender in any way?
01:21:43 Erik: First time here today, love this and I'll be back tomorrow with the camera plugged in1 Bless you!
01:22:45 Bonnie Armstrong: My first time in the after chat. Will grow into sharing.
01:23:41 Kurt Krueger, SuccessSystemsInternational.net: ”The most important kind of freedom is to be who you really are. You trade in your reality for a role. You give up your ability to feel, and in exchange put on a mask.” ~ Jim Morrison
THANKS FOR BEING YOU!
01:23:42 Diane Skidmore: Welcome Bonnie. Feel free to relax into it. It'll be lovely!! xxx
01:24:16 Bonnie Armstrong: Thanks
01:25:25 Diane Skidmore: Love that one Kurt. Keep hearing things about masks!! Think I haven't got one - thank goodness xxx
01:25:48 Kurt Krueger, SuccessSystemsInternational.net: "You and I are also news stations. You and I are also reporting on what’s going on in the world. Like the TV executives behind the scenes, we also get to decide what stories to tell — even on the street when a friend asks us how we’re doing. That is our moment of truth. That is our broadcast.
"Will our stories be local versions of the nightly news, always skewed to what’s bad and wrong, full of gossip, worry, and complaint? Or will we choose to share a new kind of story — one infused with possibility, progress, insight, awareness, and hope?" ~ Mitch Ditkoff
What say you? How are we broadcasting we “news”?
01:26:11 Diane Skidmore: Wow David!!! Lower ourselves to mountain level!! Wonderful!!
01:26:30 Ian Lewis: I know the saying, Kurt. I'm sure there are those whom do. Some times a bit of a meditation to remain. But I rather like being me. Indeed, people say I suit being me.
01:26:50 Diane Skidmore: We are all transmitters/receivers!! Yes xxx
01:27:41 Diane Skidmore: So glad you are you Ian!!!
01:28:02 Leo Jacoby: Peter, I appreciate you sharing your story of a changing attitude toward "religion" a word that triggered different responses here -- a crutch? moral rules, a home? Perennial Philosophy, Huston Smith, John MacMurray's personalism have influenced my openness to great wisdom traditions. Any suggestions how to weave our different reactions? Does distinction of being religious / being spiritual hold any water?
01:28:07 Candy Leonard: Worry is a waste of imagination
01:28:25 Bonnie Armstrong: I live in a metaphor of this point that we are all one, and yet have individual experiences which we must process. I live and thrive and heal with a dissociative disorder, which allows my one brain to hold many minds. Just as the global oneness holds many manifestations.
01:28:52 Kat Haber: “On Turning Ten”
The whole idea of it makes me feel
like I'm coming down with something, something worse than any stomach ache
or the headaches I get from reading in bad light- a kind of measles of the spirit,
a mumps of the psyche,
a disfiguring chicken pox of the soul.
You tell me it is too early to be looking back,
but that is because you have forgotten
the perfect simplicity of being one
and the beautiful complexity introduced by two. But I can lie on my bed and remember every digit. At four I was an Arabian wizard.
I could make myself invisible
by drinking a glass of milk a certain way. At seven I was a soldier, at nine a prince.
But now I am mostly at the window
watching the late afternoon light.
Back then it never fell so solemnly
against the side of my tree house,
and my bicycle never leaned against the garage as it does today,
all the dark blue speed drained out of it.
This is the beginning of sadness, I say to myself, as I walk through the universe in my sneakers.
It is time to say good-bye to my…
01:29:01 Kurt Krueger, SuccessSystemsInternational.net: Ian, you are perfectly suited to be you. That the beauty of life that you are…
01:29:07 Clare Hedin: ‘don’t worry’ - perhaps worry gets in the way of compassion - I’m not sure they can co-exist. When I stop worrying I feel much more capable of just existing.
01:29:14 Stanley Pokras: Welcome, Bonnie. Send me your email address or post it here publicly and you’ll start receiving our daily set of links.
01:29:23 Lolo Lesser- Empatharian: Lee, thanks for posting my link to the website! it needs work, that website! but that is the origin page, thank you!
01:29:45 Kat Haber: …imaginary friends, time to turn the first big number.
It seems only yesterday I used to believe there was nothing under my skin but light. If you cut me I would shine.
But now if I fall upon the sidewalks of life, I skin my knees. I bleed.

01:29:49 Diane Skidmore: So kinda sad for those poor young people who are confused re gender!! We can help them xxxxx
01:30:22 Candy Leonard: The ego wants to be right
01:30:36 Diane Skidmore: It's because they are unsure - of loads of 'stuff'!!
01:30:36 Shannon McArthur: Thank you, Kat… 10 is a magical age.
01:31:12 Clare Hedin: the ego is simply a position. Sometimes it seems to me that we personify it when we talk about it.
01:31:27 Clare Hedin: but that’s a position all of its own!! :)
01:32:17 Bonnie Armstrong: I'm a life coach and my email is coachbonnie@sbcglobal.net
01:34:38 Kurt Krueger, SuccessSystemsInternational.net: The Hummingbirds has come and played about 20 feet from me… Blessings abound when You’re around. 🙂
01:37:13 Diane Skidmore: WoW!! The hummingbirds are around!!! A very special time, eh!!
01:38:27 David Stoney: Here is what Stan Grof said Ram Dass was told by his guru:
“The world is absolutely perfect, including your own dissatisfaction with it, and everything you are trying to do to change it.”
01:38:31 Leo Jacoby: Religion as wisdom traditions and paths of liberation from egocentrism.
Religion gotton some bad press. What does religion offer that spirituality does not?
My brother's insight on yesterday's gospel, letting go of our entrenched beliefs as important as letting go of material possessions.
Can interfaith dialogue include the atheist and agnostic adherents? What questions invite universal participation so we are not defensive or dogmatic?
01:39:35 Diane Skidmore: Love that Ram Dass comment David xxx
01:41:46 Diane Skidmore: And Leo - would love to have a conversation about religion as - can totally see that there is so much of 'religion' that is actually fantastic!!. It just got twisted along the way - which I guess is why we need a fractionally new take on it. The solution is very close to the old way and can be inclusive but - tweaking is required!!
01:42:41 Ian Lewis: Hi Leo, my interfaith group was certainly busy with agnostic and atheist; of course there were plenty of versions of them, too. A great inter-communication of understandings....
01:42:54 Diane Skidmore: We're on a path!! Aren't we luck that we were there during the first breakthrough!!!
01:43:07 Diane Skidmore: Join XR!!!!
01:43:30 Diane Skidmore: We CAN save the planet!!! (ooops)
01:43:38 Lolo Lesser- Empatharian: the issue for kids is bullying and predatory sexuality...
01:44:34 Ian Lewis: Certainly, two great big issues, Lolo.
01:44:37 Diane Skidmore: Again (Lolo) - time for a manifesto of how to be nice - to each other AND the planet!!!
01:44:57 Lolo Lesser- Empatharian: Homelessness and joblessness, the economics of a predatory society...
01:45:20 Lolo Lesser- Empatharian: We the people of planet Earth,
01:46:30 Shannon McArthur: Clare, I’m ssssoooooo sorry!
01:46:43 Shannon McArthur: Yes! You’re next!
01:47:07 Diane Skidmore: 1. Good to self. 2. Be lovely to family 3. Be good to neighbourhood. 4. Be good to city. 5. Be wonderful to the whole planet!!! with Manners Maketh Man. All we need is LOVE!!!

01:51:40 Ian Lewis: The closer the heart from whence the voice commeth...Oh so sweet...
01:53:00 Shannon McArthur: Stan, interesting book!
01:53:18 Diane Skidmore: They came after Reagan and Thatcher and ye, it was a massive change - a bit sad for those people. Thank goodness we, the Elders, are still alive!!!
01:53:25 Shannon McArthur: Beatleness!
01:53:31 Lolo Lesser- Empatharian: I always blamed Seinfeld for popularizing bullying...
01:53:41 Diane Skidmore: I have a coherent theory!!!
01:53:43 Clare Hedin: got to run soon - thank you everyone!
01:53:48 Lolo Lesser- Empatharian: He never meant to, of course.
01:54:37 Lolo Lesser- Empatharian: the powers that be found they could make us all debtors in debtors prison...
01:54:45 David Stoney: Candy you might like Sally Weintrobe’s book, “Psychological Roots of the Climate Crisis: Neoliberal Exceptionalism and the Culture of Uncare,” would be a good read - ::https://www.sallyweintrobe.com/new-book/::
01:54:52 Diane Skidmore: Sarcasm and stuff like that ruled for a while - Seinfeld I guess!!
01:55:43 Diane Skidmore: ALL WE NEED IS LOVE!!! And IMAGINE!!!

02:02:41 Leo Jacoby: Lolo, are you inviting us to try your practice now
02:03:36 Lolo Lesser- Empatharian: I can do it if you would like, I am so held with all of our words here right now... Language is definitely a key...
02:04:13 Leo Jacoby: I thought music was the universal language. Now, Loo offers Empatharian universal language.

02:13:59 Diane Skidmore: Have to go too!! Apologies xxx (Will definitely watch the rest later!!) THANK YOU xxxxx
02:15:42 Leo Jacoby: A word play I was drafting for Diane this morning:
Give me a "G"!
Gee -- expressing wonder and awe for all the feast before us if we have eyes to see. Wonder and awe are the seeds for religion and science and love and all human endeavors. In this maze of life be amazed.
Give me an "O"!
O (Oh, Om) Think of all the ways we can pronounce this sacred vowel - expressing surprise, disappointment, sadness, joy, query, exclamation... all our human achievements and failures, thoughts and feelings. G-O-D who totally embraces the human experience and cradles us in the center of our paltry word for Being.
Give me a "D"!
D (duh, dud, damn, deed, do, did) Here I am stumped. The word play comes up short. There is no satisfactory conclusion to G-O-D talk. The ball is in my court. I will know being, destiny, in my doing. Duh.
02:16:09 Leo Jacoby: The G-O-D Cheer
02:16:48 Lolo Lesser- Empatharian: God is a word that sets off many barriers I am worried...
02:18:27 Lolo Lesser- Empatharian: LET U BANK MY LOVEZ is the practice words of Peace Boom
02:18:36 Leo Jacoby: Rap is a contemporary form for poetry. Some rappers combine their words with movement to help the words dance in our consciousness.
02:19:15 Lolo Lesser- Empatharian: Hip Hop is the gestural language of music...
02:20:26 Stanley Pokras: Word Magic in the subject line.
02:21:02 Lolo Lesser- Empatharian: sorry I need to go...
02:21:02 Leo Jacoby: Put "Word Magic" in subject line of an email inquiry to Laurel -- LaurelAirica@gmail.com
02:22:45 Leo Jacoby: My few experiences of folk dancing has been a release from egocentrism and individualism.
02:23:32 Leo Jacoby: heart - hear - ear | heart - art
02:26:46 Leo Jacoby: "MORE" is one of my favorite pointers for "G-O-D"
02:27:07 Leo Jacoby: Cf. poems on Laurel's YouTube channel
02:29:32 Leo Jacoby: Stanley and Laurel, marvelous you memorized some of your verses to speak them from your heart.
02:30:50 Leo Jacoby: Poets draw us to a higher consciousness by their brand new word creations.
