Kala to Panelists and Attendees (11:26 AM)

Terezin was a select concentration camp where especially the creative and intellectual leaders of the culture among the mostly Jewish people were sent.

Olivier Messiaen was also there and wrote “The Quartet for the End of Time” in Terezin, though he survived.

Thank you panelists!  Music can truly change the world.  Yes, we need to use music to plant seeds to share knowledge of climate change and militarism today.  We don’t want to repeat the history of what happened in the WW 2!
