00:01:49    MALINI Rajendran: Is this a planning meeting or regular chat action meeting.

00:02:03    Cate Roberts:     Lesley was Brilliant!

00:02:05    Kurt Krueger:     Chat action, planning after

00:02:17    Daniel Rieders, MD:     Lesley rocked

00:03:18    Daniel Rieders, MD:     and gorgeous

00:03:26    Jean Stevens:     Was the discussion recorded.  I came in late and missed the first 45 minutes.  Judging by all the raves I would love to hear it.

00:03:48    Karen Ball: yes Jean.  It will be posted later

00:03:49    Daniel Rieders, MD:     Phil not being there - it was meant to be

00:04:13    Daniel Rieders, MD:     go ahead and cry

00:04:19    Daniel Rieders, MD:     we will frame your tears

00:04:40    Jean Stevens:     Thank you!!!  I look forward to hearing about the journey on the Camino and LeslieΓÇÖs search for peace.

00:04:50    Sarita Patel:     YOU WALK THE CAMINO EVERYWHERE. SO BRAVE and authentic. You represent everyone on this chat. this is the change. ≡ƒÖÅ≡ƒÅ╝

00:05:03    Daniel:     This is our camino

00:06:08    Daniel:     I would like to acknowledge JimΓÇÖs amazingness

00:07:30    Julie Wolf: When its time, I am happy to screenshare what we accomplished on the site and email campaign for Peace Challenge at https://chataction.org

00:07:34    Kurt Krueger:     Its a path less traveled, and soon to be MORE and MORE Traveled.!

00:09:03    Daniel:     I loved the book, The Road Less Traveled

00:10:46    Karen Ball: I love the rockies

00:10:57    Daniel:     Reflection on talk - We were George Floyd, the cops, the spectators.  all in the Akashic field

00:11:26    Hilary Van Welter:      Yes Daniel!!!

00:12:31    sallyannett:      the-pup-is-so-funny=xxx

00:13:11    sallyannett:      thank-you-julie-xxxx

00:13:30    Sarita Patel:     Is there an Instagram Account for PeaceLab?

00:13:51    Shannon McArthur: not yet, i donΓÇÖt think, Sarita - can  you help?

00:14:18    Shannon McArthur: grace and beauty!

00:15:15    Julie Wolf: I have built Instagram accounts

00:15:58    MALINI Rajendran: Well I got no hours to sleep just for the record, but we signed up for this work. so I'm ok with that.

00:16:01    Julie Wolf: like the NWPermacultureConvergence instagram and OrganicFoodBliss and starvoting instagram

00:16:45    Sarita Patel:     All the Instagram Accounts link to like minded efforts so letΓÇÖs follow what the Influencers do for their self promotion and FLIP IT.

00:16:59    MALINI Rajendran: OH No are we back to the ideation station.

00:19:15    Daniel:     peace starts withinb

00:19:45    sallyannett:      hope-faith-and-charity

00:19:49    MALINI Rajendran: Where is Robert?

00:19:53    Kurt Krueger:     Connie, welcome

00:20:04    franka strietzel: something Kathryn posted resonated particularly strongly with me: ΓÇ£Maybe peace is not about change, but about accepting/ not resisting what is here. Allowing the expression of presence to release so the going forward is present and not filled with the trauma of the past?ΓÇ¥

00:21:06    Shannon McArthur: Franka, ΓÇ£Going forwardΓÇ¥ is where/how Gaia suggests we will find Peace.

00:21:34    Leo Jacoby: Sally: to be careful as mostly older white people how we are able (or not) to address issue of race and peace.

00:22:01    Sarita Patel:     If you stay true to we are all indigenous to earth. Race wars were actually created. in my opinion.  IΓÇÖm brown and my birth certificate marked me as white - and therefore I was not given a vaccine in 1965.   I donΓÇÖt identify as white brown or anything BUT- I was prevented from getting a vaccine that wasnΓÇÖt completely safe because of my race check box which was determined by a secretary.

00:22:11    Daniel:     we are like a tarot card pack named CHAT ACTION

00:22:12    sallyannett:      i-ow-do-you-mean-leo-x

00:22:17    franka strietzel: just trust Gaia. the road will appear.

00:22:41    Daniel:     and you Lesley showed up

00:22:53    sallyannett:      i-just-wish-to-be-respectful-and-i-can-hear-my-daughters-criticising-me-in-my-earxxx

00:23:39    Julie Wolf: Welcome Tiffany! Thanks for coming!

00:24:10    Connie Baxter Marlow:   How about if we shift frequencies where there is no mountain?

00:24:26    Kurt Krueger:     ItΓÇÖs the idea whose time has come. WeΓÇÖve been to the moon and back!

00:24:40    Daniel:     I think we need to talk about HAVING UNCOMFORTABLE DISCUSIONS

00:25:07    Julie Wolf: Everyone, Tiffany and I both help on the NWPermaculture Convergence Board, she is a good friend I hope can join us for the Peace Lab and Challenge.

Pleae welcome her!

00:25:15    franka strietzel: I second that, Daniel.

00:25:36    sallyannett:      for-education-thechildren-of-sanota-are-doing-something-really-interesting

00:25:44    Shannon McArthur: Welcome Tiffany! Well come, indeed!

00:26:01    Daniel:     I put in the field, for Lesley to talk, not Phil. Phil can talk another time

00:26:04    Tiffany Y'vonne:  Thank you ≡ƒÆû

00:26:12    Sarita Patel:     Yes Daniel. I live in MArin County and it is not easy to have uncomfortable conversations. itΓÇÖs like suicide- but I keep trying

00:28:10    Daniel:     Sarita, is it true, that uncomfortable conversations are painful?????????

00:29:34    Daniel:     HAVING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS IS AN IMPORTANT TOPIC.  I KNOW MANY HERE ARE EXPERTS.  In late 2020, I made a youtube covering the topic.

00:30:10    Hilary Van Welter:      Daniel - You are an amazing Shaman

00:30:32    Daniel:     Thanks Hil

00:31:32    Julie Wolf: there are 25 subscribers to the Peace Challenge so far, and 2 files uploaded already (a video and an image).

00:31:33    Sarita Patel:     They are not uncomfortable for me anymore- because I had to learn to stabilize myself and modify my language to stay in the conversation - but more to see how far groups would go to shut the voice of unity down. I had to learn not to take it personally - to see how systemic the problem is and how far people will go to hold on to their power or comfort

00:31:37    Kathryn Alexander, MA:  Daniel I think that understanding how to have difficult conversations is key and helps us deal with race as well.

00:31:40    Daniel:     I am trying to recruit my daughter who is doing a project as a photographic storyteller to come here.  Her project is biracialism.  She declined because she is still in her PJs today.  Maybe I can convince her another day.

00:32:18    Daniel:     Kurt and Lesley are expert on difficult conversations

00:32:34    Sarita Patel:     Gloria and Bob- IΓÇÖm in San Rafael. we have to change whoΓÇÖs allowed in.

00:32:34    Daniel:     and Julie, and Shannon, and ΓǪ..

00:32:57    Shannon McArthur: and DanielΓǪ!

00:33:17    Julie Wolf: Some Peace Challenge members have alreasy recieved Day One's challenge message and audio meditation Lesley! wow

00:33:24    Daniel:     Hey Im in Mountain View California people

00:33:50    Kathryn Alexander, MA:  We donΓÇÖt thrive in war - focusing on thriving automatically creates peace.

00:33:58    Daniel:     I think George Orwell wrote sarcastically about the Department of Peace

00:34:35    Leo Jacoby: Day 5 How we mobilize -- ideas anyone?

00:34:36    Julie Wolf: Wonderful to invite your daughter Daniel!

00:34:42    Sarita Patel:     yes Lesley. - there canΓÇÖt be polarity. peace is about the innate wisdom right? to guide the youth. IΓÇÖm trying to encourage Boards to invite young people.

00:35:10    Jean Stevens:     Here is a short film I made on the Department of Peace that might fit in with your vision:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tmFX8UGVeZI

00:35:34    Julie Wolf: Thanks Jean!

00:35:38    Daniel:     Polarity in the spirit world is very diffirent from duality

00:35:54    Daniel:     thanks Jean

00:36:06    Julie Wolf: We are collecting peace expressions for the Lab and Challenge

00:36:40    Julie Wolf: which means also the trauma ...

00:37:10    Leo Jacoby: Bob: power of contagion, like Sister Cities, "Departments of Peace" can spread

00:37:13    franka strietzel: polarity v duality: sounds crucial to me, Daniel. care to riff on this?

00:37:53    Daniel:     franka I did on sunday.

00:37:56    Leo Jacoby: Karen: Cities of Compassion in CA. Also pace e bene cities of peace.

00:38:21    Daniel:     and the conversation, Franka, has moved away from this.

00:38:58    Daniel:     I loved, LESLEY, how you talked about Peace is not always conformable.

00:39:30    Daniel:     In The Game of THRONES.  ΓÇ£You do not make peace with your friends.  You can only make peace with your enemies.ΓÇ¥

00:39:46    Kurt Krueger:     We get to bring the ΓÇÿOtherΓÇ¥ side into the conversation.

00:39:46    maureenedwardson3@gmail.com:  My computer is challenged today and my sound is in and out....hanging our to garner what I am able to

00:39:49    Kurt Krueger:     HOW?

00:40:30    Daniel:     You can only make peace with your (perceived) enemies.  And then Marcia, your internal enemies, or in the family structure

00:40:46    Leo Jacoby: Charlie: how to bridge gap with (75 million) who have a different view of peace (are we in civil war?) How to have an agreement for a common reference reality"

00:41:02    franka strietzel: IΓÇÖm sure weΓÇÖll come back to it at some point. itΓÇÖs at the heart of my understanding the landscape of peace lab.

00:41:07    sallyannett:      tree-of-life

00:41:11    Daniel:     Leo, the US has been like this divide, has been divided since inception

00:41:16    sallyannett:      roots,branches,networks

00:41:43    Daniel:     and the trunk, Sally, we view ourselves only as the trunks.

00:42:18    Julie Wolf: Sally we have a nice tagline on the site - doesnt show yet, but its something like Chat People connecting the Action networks.

00:42:28    Shannon McArthur: itΓÇÖs bigger than US

00:42:47    Karen Ball: https://worldbeyondwar.org/blue/

00:43:12    Leo Jacoby: Kala: We share one sky. Photographers who took pictures of the sky from around the world and across borders. American Astronomical Society.

00:43:24    Jean Stevens:     http://www.internationalcitiesofpeace.org/cities-listing/

00:43:30    Julie Wolf: Thanks Cate for inviting Nashif! Welcome brother

00:44:04    Connie Baxter Marlow:   We are in the throes of shifting out of the illusion of separation, we are soon going to ΓÇ£get itΓÇ¥ - we are ONE. Peace will be a given as we shift into higher frequencies with Earth - War will be absurd!

00:44:55    Jean Stevens:     https://cities4peace.org

00:44:57    Leo Jacoby: International Astronomical Union initiated "We are one sky" initiative.

00:45:38    Shannon McArthur: follow the moneyΓǪ!

00:46:17    Jean Stevens:     Check out my film above ΓÇ£Department of PeaceΓÇ¥ it shows what Stanley is saying here.

00:46:39    Shannon McArthur: IΓÇÖve got it queueΓÇÖd up, Jean. Thanks for sharing!

00:46:50    Leo Jacoby: Stanley: vested interests in making and selling weapons. Goad people to be angry so they buy more guns.

00:46:52    Daniel:     Stanley - they call this radicalizing

00:46:56    Connie Baxter Marlow:   Our economic systems and resultant behaviors of hoarding (greed) are natural outcomes of the illusion of scarcity. In higher frequencies there is more abundance than we can fathom - nothing to fight over, no power and control over others et al.

00:47:16    Julie Wolf: Awesome Jean! Lets add it to https://OtherNetworks.org  - Stan will love that (its his wiki)

00:47:37    Leo Jacoby: Kala: every state has stake in military expenditure

00:47:37    Charlie Bensinger:      For certain manipulators like Qanon and Russia and others, creating distrust, conflict and open war is their goal.

00:48:01    Leo Jacoby: Stanley: how to make peace more profitable than war

00:48:53    Jean Stevens:     I believe a Green New Peace Deal is the answer.

00:49:00    Charlie Bensinger:      Should we forgive Trump and his army of disruptors?

00:49:16    Leo Jacoby: Sally: forgiveness and genuine reparation important in our design

00:49:16    Julie Wolf: wow a good question Charles

00:49:53    Charlie Bensinger:      How do we reconcile forgiveness with accountability for oneΓÇÖs actions?

00:49:56    Julie Wolf: Oh thank you Kurt for inviting Nashif!

00:50:06    Kathryn Alexander, MA:  Charlie - we will have to at some point if we want to work with them and address their issues.

00:51:26    Charlie Bensinger:      Does forgiveness free the perpetrator from accountability and restitution?

00:51:36    Dehanna Rice:     Forgiveness is a cornerstone to expanding our heart field...making relationship to it throughout life is on a spiral

00:52:13    Julie Wolf: forgiveness is a start

00:52:24    sallyannett:      start-with-the-self-charlie-i-guess

00:52:57    Charlie Bensinger:      Forgiveness is easy if youΓÇÖre not the victim, not so easy if you are.

00:53:03    Julie Wolf: the trauma source still needs to be seen, felt, known, heard  and eventally healed.

00:53:03    Shannon McArthur: nutrition is foundational for peace

00:53:18    Kathryn Alexander, MA:  Forgiveness fears the perpetrator to actually act from a place that honors the new relationship

00:53:52    Leo Jacoby: Nashif Ahmed from Uganda (?) 43 million people, but 40 million in poverty; how to feed everyone and develop literacy?

00:54:05    Dehanna Rice:     Just did the 1st Peace meditation for the 21 day challenge interesting to the foundation. Africa is all our foundation & thank you for sharing your on the ground experience

00:54:38    Leo Jacoby: Lesley: we can learn from Nashif how to gather energy of others

00:54:48    Shannon McArthur: love, care, respect

00:55:02    Shannon McArthur: passion

00:55:10    sallyannett:      forgivenss-brings-issues-into-the-open-currentlysomuchremains-unacknolweded-it-is-then-followed-by-reparations-of-whatever-form-is-requred

00:55:30    Dehanna Rice:     Yes, LOVE is the catalyst to connect our Human Nature

00:55:35    Julie Wolf: People Care and Fair Share right Tiffany?

00:55:45    Kathryn Alexander, MA:  Frees the perpetrator

00:56:26    Julie Wolf: Be Strong hearted! love that!!!!

00:56:28    Jean Stevens:     https://www.tolerance.org/the-moment/january-7-2021-leading-conversations-after-the-insurrection-in-washington-dc

00:57:15    Dehanna Rice:     Nashif...Do you dance? What do you do creatively?

00:57:23    Stanley Pokras:   IΓÇÖd like to hear from Tiffany, Crlos and Dehanna.

00:57:57    Dehanna Rice:     How do you love oneself?

00:58:32    Julie Wolf: Share what you have - how we become strong hearted! Give love.

01:05:18    marciaraffstudio: IΓÇÖD LIKE TO BE INVOLVED.

01:05:24    David Stoney:     And Dehanna how does one forgive oneself?

01:05:25    Nashif Ahmed from uganda:     nashifahmeds@gmail.com

01:06:05    Shannon McArthur: the phone emphasizes that!

01:06:19    Nashif Ahmed from uganda:     my contact :+256777213269

01:06:23    Sarita Patel:     Peace Lab mission statement can be trademarked. It is a way to protect the mission as it grows ans invites partners to use - but also able to be compensated for use. To encourage some of the larger organizations to incorporate into training or affiliation. these larger organizations want to pay to be affiliated with change even though it takes time to be implemented. might sound manipulative but it moves stuck money into the hands of transformers.

01:08:22    Julie Wolf: Can Tiffany share next please?

01:08:28    Leo Jacoby: Dehanna: creativity aspect - how do we express ourselves to relieve stress and trauma: movement, music, drumming, connect with the spiritual within us. All dis-ease from suppression of our creativity. How to let go, comfort and love ourselves in creative ways.

01:09:27    Shannon McArthur: You shine, Tiffany! your grace is noted, and appreciated.

01:10:41    MALINI Rajendran: kirtan ,bhajan, singing in community.

01:11:06    Julie Wolf: singing in community is so powerful and wonderful

01:12:36    Leo Jacoby: Bob: to use our creativity and imagination to respond to Nashif and his community.

01:12:59    Julie Wolf: If you breath in your heart She will come through you

01:17:15    Julie Wolf: Book Tiffany reads to her little beloved - a book from peae prayers (didnt catch the name).

01:17:44    sallyannett:      meeting-needs-sharing-resources

01:18:14    Shannon McArthur: Love to have you with us, Tiffany!

01:18:19    Kurt Krueger:     PARENTING is awesomely effective. Read and apply: Nurturing with Love and Wisdom, Disciplining with Peace and Respect: Mindful Parenting, by Diane Tillman. The first two values shared are LOVE and PEACE, the rest of the values come from these two seeds. :) Have the Living Values practices taught is schoolsΓǪ For inspiration listen to this: https://youtu.be/nBCJhNiKhFE.

01:18:29    maureenedwardson3@gmail.com:  Thank you Tiffany and thank you ALL....I need to go to another appointment.. Much love and appreciation

01:18:29    Leo Jacoby: Tiffany invited by Julie in permaculture group. How to make transition to a culture of peace and an economics of sharing. More than opposite of war positive peace in an overdeveloped country what a want for my child to be steward of peace and meet everyone's needs. Do we really know how to share given our many privileges?

01:19:20    Sarita Patel:     Sharing - IΓÇÖve mentioned before and now Tiffany is reminder. 5 years ago I made an intentional effort of sharing my home with people who could not afford housing. sharing my knowledge to help people start businesses - sharing my heartbreaking stories to empower mental illness awarness

01:19:56    Julie Wolf: Are we willing to share, even if it means giving up our privaledges? Great question. I love the economy of giving and sharing and thriving in an abundance of sufficiency.

01:20:09    Leo Jacoby: Peace = harmony = of course you go to the child on the playground who is alone and needs company (Lesley's 5-year old granddaughter.)

01:20:39    Dehanna Rice:     From the mouths of Babes

01:21:10    Julie Wolf: Power needs to be addressed if we want Peace, Tiffany talks about.

01:21:35    Hilary Van Welter:      These power structures also reside inside families and homes

01:21:43    Charlie Bensinger:      As has been said ΓÇ£Our planet has enough resources for everyoneΓÇÖs need but not for everyoneΓÇÖs greedΓÇ¥

01:21:46    Karen Ball: How can we shift Power Over to Power With?

01:21:56    Dehanna Rice:     Power vs Force is certainly something to make relationship to

01:22:06    Sarita Patel:     what I was met with was- i had to relearn sharing a home but it came quickly. not the same for my son who didnΓÇÖt grow up in that environment. but it took time. also- Wveruone I know questioned my sanity because I wasnΓÇÖt charging people for my time. I stuck with it and when I needed help - Privileged friends said no and advised that I should be better at saving for my retirement so I could take care of my self. I needed to go see what the obstacles were to see how much more I had to do to keep sharing with generous heart. o

01:23:05    Shannon McArthur: thank you for living on this planet, Tiffany. IΓÇÖm grateful for your voice

01:23:31    Jean Stevens:     IΓÇÖve been calling for huge global peace concert via zoom, YouTube, Facebook, and all social and television mainstream channels.  We Are the World in 1983 had one in five on the planet listening for remediation of famine in Ethiopia.  We need that now but for the abolishment of nuke bombs and for the end of climate change.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I04FcfIVtcU

01:24:03    Dehanna Rice:     Using ΓÇ£Image-workΓÇ¥ (imagination) you discover an antidote to Power for your life

01:24:04    Shannon McArthur: Jean, Kurt is also working towards that.

01:24:18    sallyannett:      you-can-bring-your-voice-xxxx

01:24:46    Sarita Patel:     I was willing to put myself at risk for this experiment. it was much more difficult financially - but NOT in my commitment to heart based environments.  TiffanyΓÇÖs words are clear and powerful. not a tone of anger. just awarness

01:25:40    Leo Jacoby: Tiffany: address power as well. Structures and institutional powers that rob people of their power to make decisions. Am I willing to put my family and security at risk by speaking up for needs of all?

01:25:47    Sarita Patel:     https://www.kliptownyouthprogram.org.za

01:26:08    Dehanna Rice:     Yes, Nashif...love is the answer

01:27:03    Charlie Bensinger:      Is love and trust really enough to create the huge paradigm shift that is necessary?

01:27:13    Jean Stevens:     Yeah Kurt!!  The One Million Central Park Peace Concert in 1982 was the brainchild of two women. This session might help that happen again:  https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0218896/

01:27:20    Dehanna Rice:     ItΓÇÖs the foundation

01:27:45    Julie Wolf: wow the pain hmmm Charles?

01:27:49    Shannon McArthur: Charlie, I think when mixed with imagination, yes, love and trust can change the world!

01:28:25    Julie Wolf: action from love and trust, to share

01:28:27    Charlie Bensinger:      I think about $50T would really help address the multitudes of global problems. How about a global social security fund?

01:28:29    Dehanna Rice:     Whoo hoo! thatΓÇÖs it Shannon kudos

01:28:31    Tiffany Y'vonne:  With action and strutural changes

01:28:37    David Stoney:     Thanks everyone for a rich session today.  Health, wholeness, curiosity, courage, and love to all.  Got to go.

01:29:02    Leo Jacoby: Nashif: Love and trust, gratitude and care. Show people how to grow own food, etc.

01:30:15    Leo Jacoby: Lesley: What am I prepared to risk that is so precious to me so I will embrace and embody the essence of peace?

01:30:42    Kathryn Alexander, MA:  I also need to give my Rowdy his time and little bit of life. See all of you later.

01:31:02    Dehanna Rice:     Imagination is more important than knowledge Einstein quote

01:31:03    Nashif Ahmed from uganda:     nashifahmeds@gmail.com  is my email. and here is my contact :+256777213269

01:31:14    Leo Jacoby: Shannon: creativity and imagination to walk together in this world.

01:31:39    Julie Wolf: Thank you Nashif for sharing you!

01:32:12    Charlie Bensinger:      UBI for all!  Hooray!

01:32:35    Kala Perkins:     Yes!! UBI

01:33:05    Leo Jacoby: Stanley: imagine world with no neglect. Consider universal basic income.

01:33:11    Kala Perkins:     See the Book : Utopia for Realists

01:33:12    Julie Wolf: We can imagine and create value (aka "money") so everyone has has what they need - Universal Basic Income

01:33:24    Charlie Bensinger:      At least $40T is hidden in off-shore bank accounts.

01:33:47    Dehanna Rice:     Imagine the 1000 years of Peace in sacred text

01:34:05    Kala Perkins:     UBI needs to be global, universal; there IS enough

01:34:12    Julie Wolf: nice Deahnna

01:34:46    Kala Perkins:     UBI is a core foundation fir World Peace

01:34:58    Hilary Van Welter:      Whatever the project it needs to catch your breath and make you ΓÇÿgo wowΓÇÖ and resources will come to it - that is social innovation

01:35:28    Julie Wolf: yes Hilary

01:35:37    Tiffany Y'vonne:  Silvio Gessell Worgl Experiment

01:35:49    Jean Stevens:     I love the idea of a universal basic income to go with the UN Declaration of Universal Rights:  DonΓÇÖt forget to imagine the music of John and Yoko: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wp2Qv3VEiK0

01:36:21    Jean Stevens:     Adios amigos!

01:36:43    Hilary Van Welter:      Blessings to all!

01:37:56    Karen Ball: I need to attend another meeting.  See you all tomorrow.
