- Back to Day Page for HR!Day162 - Generate Ideas To Enable You To Use Tensions in Your City & Community To Best Mutually Serve You Both
- We are going to take a different approach today – Day 4.
- The question is
- “What is the sacred exchange that you long for in your city?
- “How does this move you to act”
- Each of you will receive a different card from the Earth Magic Deck. (They have been pulled during this session.) Hilary will be sending your card to you.
- If you are not able to screen share in the break out– you can show them the image from your mobile device and then read out the description. Your support person can put the questions in the chat
- Allow people to sit with the card’s messaging to them (2 minutes) and then allow people to respond. Once the conversation begins – stop screen sharing so the focus is on the dialogue.

00:17:58 Kat Haber: IΓÇÖm grateful for the millions of conversations that are happening right now online! Nested, integrated, remapping, live vortexing!
00:18:11 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: Welcome Jan! yay
00:18:53 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: Welcome Charles!
00:19:39 Shannon McArthur: Yay Jan & Charles and all you beautiful people - we are building bridges between our nests !
00:20:23 Kat Haber: Yes, just as Joe Biden must confirm his administration, take actions for new executive decisions, deal with impeachment Senate trial, and unify a very divided (Lied to and willingly believed lies) national SIMULTANEOUSLY!
00:20:35 Shannon McArthur: art is SO important! focus the awareness & intention
00:20:45 RuthAnn Lenapehoking: anyone looking at trauma awareness and healing at both the nest and mega-city levels?
00:21:39 Kat Haber: yes, Shannon, Art, dreaming, Xpressing authentically, removing the fences!
00:21:45 Kurt Krueger: Ulf Sandstrom is a good source for dealing with traumas… He’s a wise guy from Stockholm. :)
00:21:56 Kat Haber: Fences from ourselves based on fears of what others might think/do?
00:22:20 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: metaphors that move you Andres. Music and dance. a movement. felt. must feel them.
Thank you Andres.
00:22:27 Shannon McArthur: Yes, RuthAnn, healing is part of the OurHeartGardens.com concept. Mental health especially.
00:22:34 LilianeM-Breakout Host: RuthAnn, I study with Thomas Hubl, all this is part of it.
00:22:41 RuthAnn Lenapehoking: is Ulf looking at city trauma?
00:23:04 Beth Sanders: You can buy Nest City through local book sellers. They can order it for you through a distributor called ΓÇ£IngramSparkΓÇ¥. (Can also order through Amazon, if thatΓÇÖs necessary.) Can also check out bethsanders.ca
00:23:07 Kat Haber: Yes, letΓÇÖs keep dancing!
00:23:31 Kat Haber: Playing in the sandbox together!
00:24:14 RuthAnn Lenapehoking: let's explore cultural contextualization and cultural appropriation
00:24:55 LilianeM-Breakout Host: It's a scary realization actually, all the more we must act/create different container for the little ones.
00:25:07 RuthAnn Lenapehoking: can we explore cultural contextualization and appropriation?
00:25:12 Shannon McArthur: Kat, thatΓÇÖs the symbolism I use - we are the Child of Gods and weΓÇÖve made a mess of our sandbox - it is Our masterpiece, to restore our Great Mother
00:25:28 Marilyn Hamilton: In Taize at Findhorn we say there is no wrong notes - just variations
00:25:42 Shannon McArthur: gΓÇÖmornin
00:25:45 Shannon McArthur: Jen
00:26:11 Kat Haber: MIGRANTS ON THE MOVE FROM CLIMATE NOW, millions more to come, how do we treat THE OTHER? What is ours to do?
00:26:12 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: Jen - did you bring a song or poem? (No pressure) just enthusiasm
00:26:26 Kurt Krueger: Ray Charles - For Mama "La MammaΓÇ¥. https://youtu.be/YfxsQJIxTZY
00:26:30 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: NO City!!!!!!!
00:27:06 Shannon McArthur: gardens of refuge in communities everywhere in a network that weaves us together!
00:27:10 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: wheres Paddy?
00:27:16 MALINI Rajendran: instead of building a city of refuge why not remove the cause of creating refugees.
00:27:34 Shannon McArthur: Malini, people will always move.
00:27:45 Kat Haber: LOVE Assignment. Decent humans, Shifting to immediacy.
00:27:52 Karen B- breakout support: thank you. you are speaking my heart
00:28:37 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: We need islands of relationship and thriving and healing - eco-villages or not - where anyone can gathr and be welcome and sheltered and fed and warmed.
00:28:42 MALINI Rajendran: Shannon there is a difference between people moving and people forced to move because of war/ occupation/ genocide or ethnic cleansing.
00:29:13 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: Malini we still need thes eplaces of transition.
00:29:15 Shannon McArthur: Malini, climate refugees will be increasing...
00:29:19 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: to give them water
00:29:19 RuthAnn Lenapehoking: it's on us to restore cities of refuge and protect them . . . they existed and were usurped . . .
00:29:25 Marilyn Hamilton: Perhaps we have to experiment with cities of refuge - like the outcomes from Burning Man now serves exactly those kinds of situtations
00:30:03 Shannon McArthur: our volunteers need places to give their time and energy - the care agencies are breaking with the system that supported them
00:30:18 MALINI Rajendran: Natural disasters cause physical displacement but they don't loose ownership of their place at least till the region can be restored to earlier conditions. But in war and ethnic cleansing they loose ownership too in most cases. Just talk to the families of the 500000 Kashmir Brahmins who were removed from their lands .
00:30:41 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: yes Marilyn - yes Beth - lots of migration - let the voices be heard and faces be seen
00:30:57 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: and welcomed
00:31:24 Kurt Krueger: Major application is PREVENTION of the need to migrate. Peace LAB is exploring so much of this.
00:31:26 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: People know there own needs - yes Charles?
00:31:34 Beth Sanders: I recommend reading Arrival City by Doug Saunders.
00:31:57 Kurt Krueger: Living Values brought to refugee camp in Thailand and reduced violence 90%
00:32:08 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: Let the new ways be innovated!
00:32:26 RUthe Schoder-Ehri, land and sea of Squaxin people: Beekeeper of Aleppo , my most moving read of 2020
00:32:56 Beth Sanders: Lots of first world assumptions about shanty towns exposed in Arrival City. They are full of innovation and serve a purpose of transition. (Note: he doesnΓÇÖt speak to refugee camps, which are a whole other matter.)
00:33:20 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: Song of Increase - Honey Bee spirituaity and voices. Best book I have read in 2020
00:33:45 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: listen to nature, to what is calling us?
00:33:47 MALINI Rajendran: Why not stop invasion of countries and creating situations that causes internal political strife. I am yet to hear the global community raise a voice against the wars and violence in Africa. Being upset about refugees is looking for the band aid instead of solving the cause of the disease.
00:35:25 Shannon McArthur: Peace is vital - I agree
00:37:28 Julie Wolf Breakout Support: Jan see Reactions at the bottom?
Raise your hand at the bottom of that menu.
00:38:12 Kat Haber: Reducing competition requires security-inner, outer sufficiency?
00:38:14 Kurt Krueger: Blessed to plant my bare feet on Chumash heritage land of North Los Angeles ~ :)
00:39:15 Kathryn - Breakout Support: Malini - that is one of the core issues that dealing with climate change will resolve. I fear we are too far down the road to mitigate it too much.
00:39:39 Kurt Krueger: Peace with Everything. Everything with Peace. Lama Gangchen
00:39:52 Kat Haber: How do we right the taking that was done by ancestors generations previous?
00:40:05 Andrés Nantes France: Dear all of you, I need to leave. I am inspired by all of this discussion. Warmly Andrés
00:40:16 Stanley Pokras (Host): It may be appropriate to create two more special purpose email lists. One for Peace and the other for Trauma… a couple months back, I was asking a few people what they thought about trauma as a special issue for our attention. At that time, Malini offered me a plan for taking on the issue of Trauma…
00:40:21 Shannon McArthur: sorry to lose you Andres
00:40:43 Kurt Krueger: CU Andres, come again
00:41:50 LilianeM-Breakout Host: The question is
ΓÇ£What is the sacred exchange that you long for in your city?
ΓÇ£How does this move you to actΓÇ¥
00:41:58 Kat Haber: Sacred Xchange: Calm coherence, strife driver of change also joy,

00:43:07 Shannon McArthur: intentionallyy
