How about no thinking when we are in our mind which is in our biosphere, not our brain. the 2 are separate. Think about it, when we die our brain deteriorates but we retain our memory in our mind that is outside the body. this is where I could feel my heart beat in my ears when I was in my mind, listening, no thinking! I could feel the muscles relax in my brain as it is not having to hold onto the mind. The brain is just a receiver and transmitter like a TV. So if receptors clogged memory can't be accessed from the mind to the brain and vice versa. What have we done for the last several decades clogging our receptor sites so more than half are expected to have dementia that was rare before? When you clear out aluminum the cells can rejuvenate with the iron in the brain. The oxygen produced from the iron can help rebuild our cells to transmit and receive memory.

Thank you, I feel so privileged to have this experience. I knew I needed help with the gall bladder. I didn't know I was experiencing anger because I was stuffing it and hiding it from myself. It never occurred to me it was anger and I know it is correct and the fear too. How grateful I feel for all of you! Feels great!
