With your permission, one of the parts of Jim's legacy that I wanted to share is a project that a group of us have started in Jim's honor, to help send his son Danny to college in California, where a very special part of Jim's family lives and where Danny was born. Jim was a huge influence in Danny's commitment to studying Psychology and helping others. He always expressed how proud he was of Danny and how much he looked forward to seeing what he would do as part of the next generation of problem solvers. He was ecstatic about Danny being accepted into the University of California and being awarded the Dean's Scholarship.
While we celebrate Jim's amazing achievements, I think we were all saddened that he passed away so unexpectedly before getting to take Danny to California.

Jim came several times into my lecture on the Cold War (in Germany), and generously gave his material to our research project - with Russian scholars - on the citizen diplomacy movement, including Charkovsky and the “Waterbirth movement”, about which a book is in the making by the Russian anthropologist Dr. Anna Ozhiganova. She also talked to Jim several times. The Ukrainian student Daria Shevtsova wrote a brilliant thesis on DZHUNA, the healer, Jim gave her lots of his memories and material, foots, see her blog: https://newageru.hypotheses.org/5752
