00:48:19    Connie Baxter Marlow:    Here are our Ten Assumptions: ::https://TheTrustFrequency.net/The-Ten-Assumptions::

00:48:21    Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakerInspirit:    UBUNTU is powerful

00:52:59    Bob Hayes:    Maybe before we leap upon our hearts to quickly forgive - maybe we could consider a process that might hold those with responsibilities accountable.

As healing begins, instead of a 'long and continued train of abuses' - we might help to usher in a more effective remedy to our US financed destruction and dysfunctional and ineffective responses.

I'd suggest something that came to my attention through Peace Action:

" ... The Senate is about to vote on H.R. 23, a bill designed to shield Netanyahu, and other major violators of human rights, from investigation or prosecution at the International Criminal Court. While Trump is talking about "cleaning out" Gaza (a.k.a. ethnic cleansing), his allies are working to remove any possibility of accountability for Israel's crimes.

H.R. 23 is now scheduled for a vote in the Senate on Tuesday afternoon. At that time, they will need 60 votes to proceed. That means we have a chance to stop it if we can convince almost all of the Democrats

00:53:03    Bob Hayes:    Democrats to refuse to vote for this horrible bill. Can you call right away?

Here's what to do:

1) Call the Congressional switchboard at 202-224-3121

2) Ask to be connected to your Senators' offices (make two calls, one to each senator). ... "

00:54:20    Shannon McArthur:    Bob, YES, those seem good actions to take.

00:57:46    Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakerInspirit:    Kurt gets to go to a Mindfulness meeting. Thank You God for our Satsang/Sangha, return for refreshments anytime.

01:03:33    Eileen Barker:    Thank you Connie!

01:06:34    Shannon McArthur:    Dani, do you know Tami Hay?

01:08:12    Leo Jacoby:    ::https://www.pbs.org/video/resistance-they-fought-back-p3rcmm/:: (Access full transcript of the documentary.)

EXCERPT:

"♪ Patt: But the truth is, from the very beginning, right, once there crowded into the ghetto, they did resist in the ways that they knew best to do, resistance that was a type of spiritual resistance, resistance that was a way of standing up against the German oppressors.

Feeding the hungry, clothing the poor, taking care of orphans.

These were strategies that Jews had used for centuries and which they fell back upon.

♪ Woman: The unarmed resistance is called in Hebrew Amidah.

Amidah is standing, standing up, or in Yiddish, I would say... [Speaks Yiddish] I'm not yielding to the situation.

Whatever you do that is against the situation is resistance.

Whether you sit or lie or crawl or swim or stand up makes absolutely no difference.

It's something done.

Woman as Vladka: Life in the ghetto was a chain of resistance."

01:08:14    Leo Jacoby:    "All schools were illegal.

Man: And if you always keep in mind that part of what the Germans wanted to do was to kill the body but also to kill the soul, to undermine humanity, the humanity of the individual, and therefore, if you never lost your humanity, then in a very real sense you're helping to defeat the Germans.

♪ Woman as Vladka: Although you see today how the pictures, mostly from Germans, pictures of Jews who were beggars and pitiful, and this is taken because the Germans would like us only to be seen this way.

This was only one part of the ghetto.

It was true there were beggars, but there was another kind of life full of activities and spiritual resistance."

01:10:22    CH-Dani:    Replying to "Dani, do you know Ta…"

01:18:13    CH-Dani:    Shannon I replied to you😉

01:18:42    Leo Jacoby:    Antidote to depressing news: 1) Rename "News" to "Olds" -- it only reports what is done and gone; 2) Ask the potent question for co-creating the future, "What if...?" Impose your values, hopes, convictions to create true "news" -- on the edge of future all is possible.

01:18:56    Ruud West:    Thank you all for sharing your hearts!

01:19:58    Shannon McArthur:    HUNDREDS of thousands, Stan, of groups are coming together... we ARE the orchestra of "God"

Because media refers to all means of communication, everything ranging from a phone call to the evening news on TV can be called media.")

01:31:46    Leo Jacoby:    ::https://www.ithaca.edu/academics/school-humanities-and-sciences/hs-innovation-scholars-program/media-and-meaning:: ("... consider how meaning is derived from the media messages we encounter and create in the context of multiple perspectives—including psychology, education, cultural studies, politics, and religion. How might mediated messages perpetuate (or challenge) stereotypes and influence vulnerable populations? How can media be used to represent identity or argue for a particular view of reality? How do our own biases and experiences influence our interpretation—and sharing—of media messages?")

01:33:40    Bob Hayes:    Do you think that all our human attention directed towards Mars lately  - might tend to be getting that planet get ready to support LIFE?
