The one point that is being missed:
men are responsible for their semen, their sperm the moment it leaves their penis. If they don’t want it to meet an egg they, THEY should prevent it from getting to that egg. It should not be the responsibility of the woman to prevent that from happening.

So, imagine allowing the old guard to collapse into the dirt, as they will on unstable foundation. All govts, not just US, are on some form of rocky foundation (EU, Syria, even Canada, too.)
