In a time of accelerating disruption, polarization, and uncertainty, many people are feeling not only concerned about the world, but personally activated by it. World events, public leaders, and the sense that so much is beyond our control can trigger old stress patterns, leaving us emotionally disconnected, energetically depleted, and dysregulated.
This session is an invitation to move from reaction to resonance. Through conversation, practical demonstrations, and guided experience, participants will explore how inner regulation can help us meet outer turbulence with greater clarity, compassion, and presence.
