Marty K. Casey
Dr. Marty K. Casey is a St. Louis native and the Founder and President of the Show Me Arts Foundation, providing free classes centered around the arts and educating the youth in poetry, singing, dancing, theater, visual arts, and DJ Engineering to over 3,000 children. In 2020, she was named one of the “25 Most Influential Businesswomen in St. Louis.” Combining her passion for the ARTS with her compassion for her community, she is also the creator of the UnGun Institute, focused on disarming Trauma in individuals to heal from collective trauma events, which plague the black communities. Dr. Marty has co-created the global observance of Black SON Day. The inaugural event taking place August 9, 2020. She has written and produced a one woman show “It’s Not A Man’s World,” and was featured on Beyonce’s #Beygood foundation for her tireless work within the community. Dr. Marty K.
