In this session we will dialogue with Christopher Maurer, co-founder and CEO of MycoHab, a company in Africa that is turning waste "encroacher" bush into food and humanitarian housing. They are doing this by leveraging fungi to produce edible mushrooms and dense composites made of the plant waste and mycelium - or rootlike branching hyphae of the fungus.
