The Future of God IV

Day 4 - Knowing our Place in the Field of Love

In this session, Jan Byars Ph.D. shares her spiritual journey from being a complete atheist to an inner knowing, an expanded and personal relationship with God. Her path is in no way conventional. Jan has explored science, psychology, a variety of religions, and finally has moved into mystical Christianity. She will share her story and offer simple ways to begin to explore your own journey.

Bio:

Jan helps individuals and organizations boost performance through science, psychology and a bit of Spirit. She focuses on leaders’ development, the capacity to think critically, to act with clarity, and then moves out into the organization to hold a coherent vision, in a real life, on-demand reality. With increased psychological capacity we gain responsiveness, more effective decision making, and stronger alignment. This generates momentum. The net effect is reduced stress, and higher engagement toward your goals.

Jan has integrated critical intrapersonal capacities into purpose-driven leadership and organizational development. She has a strong educational background, and personally, has a deeply embedded centering practice. She has presented internationally since 2006. She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Change. Is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, a trained mediator, a Certified HeartMath® Coach, and a Spiritual Mentor.

You can find Jan’s work on Insight Timer and YouTube. Her book is a short story that walks with 2 women through the crucial choice to own their own work life: A Call to Wholeness: Empowering Organizations through Possibility.
