Nicholas Carlisle, founder and CEO of Power of Zero, joins Robert Rees in a conversation on "Bullying in America.” Increasingly, the media post stories of bullying and cyberbullying negatively impacting the lives of children, teenagers and adults. Over one-third of U.S. parents with children younger than 18 say they are very or extremely worried that their children will be bullied. As artificial intelligence transforms the online world, the number one concern of teenagers is that the cyberbullying that presently darkens their lives will get even darker. How did America become so seemingly infected and affected by bullying? This session explores the roots of this problem and what we can all do to counter its impact.

Nicholas Carlisle is founder and CEO of Power of Zero. He is qualified as a lawyer and child psychotherapist and is the creator of the No Bully program for schools. Nicholas has given a TEDx talk on bullying, and received recognition from Toms as a Game Changer, from Ashoka as a Champion of Children’s Wellbeing and from Hearts on Fire as a visionary.
