Who doesn’t want a better quality of life: improved love life, intimate relationships, more fulfilling work, healthier and fitter body, more meaning?
To improve their life, people usually work hard to change external life circumstances: they swap romantic partners, commit to intense workouts, change jobs, move homes.
However, the optimal way to improve our experience of life is through shifting our outlook on life, and by upgrading our inner operating system.
The most effective way to shift and upgrade is through holistic self-transformation, i.e. developing on all aspects of human evolution simultaneously.
In this talk, we will share techniques and lifehacks that empowered us and people we serve to self-transform holistically.
We also will share how to rapidly shift onto an upgraded life trajectory by laser-focusing on just two meta-skills: expansion of our awareness, and of our capacity to sense.
Join us for an exciting and deep conversation on evolution of ourselves, and of our lives.
MEET YOUR GUIDES
- Karime. Karime’s mission is to serve the healing, awakening and freedom of individuals to help raise planetary consciousness. Her approach is integral and she merges modern intellectual knowledge, and sacred ancient wisdom. Karime has received education from University of Oxford, INSEAD, Sofia University, and others. She has held leading global positions within government and international organizations like the World Economic Forum to ensure ethical design and use of technology. Most recently, she co-founded Rabbit Whole, an online accelerator of wholistic self-transformation. Born in Mexico and having served psychedelic medicines for years, Karime has been called by her ancestors to share the sacred plant medicine traditions in ceremonial settings that can assist people to journey back into their heart, heal, expand their consciousness, and remember their true nature.
- Sasha. Sasha is on the mission to assist humanity during the current period of exponential growth of consciousness and technology through sharing lifehacks of self-transformation, maps of consciousness, and blueprints for enhanced human cooperation. He loves multidisciplinarity, daring visions, meta-cognition, and beauty. Sasha is an MIT alum and has lived and worked in eight countries. He has trained online with Ken Wilber to learn Integral Theory thoroughly (a theory of all theories), did a 1.5-year long world trip during the pandemic, applied AI to big data for social impact for ten years, created two companies, and has been in a 8-year long intercultural relationship. Sasha is currently working on integralverse, a container to facilitate humanity-wide cooperation from the perspective of non-duality and integral consciousness. Integralverse started with Metamorphosis, plant medicine-assisted transformational experiences; and evolved into Rabbit Whole, a meta-method of self-transformation. In turn, Rabbit Whole is evolving into Integral Ventures, Integral Town, and finally integralverse.
