Today we discuss COVID-19 vaccines used in children with John Klar. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, he could not fathom why the CDC recommended experimental vaccines for all minors. Early on, their own data suggested that healthy children faced almost zero risk from contracting COVID-19. The argument that children should be vaccinated to protect teachers or the elderly was demonstrably specious. Bobby Kennedy is re-evaluating the barrage of CDC-recommended vaccines for minors as we speak -- the COVID-19 jabs should be low-hanging fruit to omit from CDC recommendations. He is currently waiting to see whether the US Supreme Court will hear our Vermont Petition for Writ of Certiorari challenging an unauthorized COVID-19 vaccination of my 6-year-old client. The Vermont Supreme Court ruled children vaccinated against parental wishes have no legal recourse against state or school officials except under the PREP Act, which is a horrible precedent that exempts those administering vaccines for their actions. Our clients did not sue a manufacturer for harms, but the school for breach of fiduciary duty! Other states have similarly ruled that vaccine manufacturer immunity extends to officials who breach the trust of families, but Congress has never implemented such a provision. These cases are a constitutional travesty.
John Klar is an attorney, author, and Vermont farmer. Attorney Klar represented the Politella family before the United States Supreme Court. Tony and Shujen Politella's 6-year-old son was vaccinated with an experimental COVID-19 vaccine at his public school despite assurances that their wishes that he not be vaccinated would be respected. No child should be vaccinated with any drug (including puberty blockers or hormones) or administered any significant medical treatment without parental consent. John also advocates for improved nutrition for children and adults to bolster immune system function and reduce co-morbidities caused by obesity and poor diets, including ultra-processed foods.
