Lisa Mikkelsen leads the Human Capital efforts for the Flourish Ventures, helping portfolio organizations optimize performance by addressing their human capital needs and aligning their business and HR strategies. Her areas of focus include talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and programs and processes for all stages of the employee life cycle. Lisa also manages all aspects of People Operations within the global team.
