My passion is aligned with those on a mission to empower people and get self care tools and healing back into their hands. I offer Polarity Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Embodyment Therapy and am currently deepening my studies and practices in Stephanie Mines’ TARA Approach, and Stella Osorojos Eisenstein’s Resonant Attention.
