Kristin Engvig is the Founder, CEO and President of WIN Speaker, a global thought leader, and leading advocate for the feminine paradigm. She is a global citizen and pioneer for women and authentic feminine leadership, Kristin founded WIN 27 years ago. WIN to brings to life her vision of a more feminine and sustainable way of working, living, and being in the world. Through the WINConference, she convenes a global movement of inspiring women worldwide to find their authentic power, feminine leadership, and global sisterhood. In her early career, while starting WIN, she worked for global companies including Innovation Norway, EU, and as a strategy and marketing consultant. She is formally educated as a Business Economist (BI, Oslo) with an MBA (Bocconi University, Milan). She is a long-time spiritual explorer, achieving a Master’s level in the Zen Arts (Acting); is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher; and has been involved in a variety of interdisciplinary studies and practices. She has worked with women on all continents - especially in Italy, Japan, India, Nigeria and the Middle East. She has facilitated many global meetings, including at the UN, written and won many global awards for her work, and is a recognised mentor and inspirational speaker. She grew up in Norway and spent her post-university years all over the world.
