Carlos Mota Margain

Carlos Mota Margain holds an MBA from Stanford University in California and has completed specialization studies in Systemic Thinking at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana and has been a professor in the postgraduate degree program in Senior Management at the same university.

He is the founder and managing partner of Human Management Systems, S.C., a company specializing in organizational transformation, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Carlos specializes in advising, designing, conducting, and facilitating processes of change and organizational evolution. His expertise extends to productive projects, strategic planning, future scenarios, systemic thinking, and meaningful conversation.

He has led multiple transformation projects in the private sector for companies such as Parker Hannifin, Adidas, Aeromexico, Citibanamex, Procter & Gamble, Pfizer, Ford, BASF, Danone, Microsoft, ITESM, and others. His work in the public sector includes institutions such as Pemex, Sedesol, Fonaes, Segob, the Ministry of the Presidency, and Concamin. In civil society organizations, he has worked with the Inter-American Foundation, IPPF, W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Mexfam, Cimigen, Seeds, and Comunalia.

Carlos has held positions in general management, strategic planning, and marketing in national and multinational companies such as Zano Alimentos, Grupo Industrial Alfa, and Warner-Lambert.

His professional experience spans across Mexico, the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
