The Hygeia Foundation for Health, Science and the Environment was founded in 1977 to:
• Support holistic health education and research
• Foster a common respect for all life on earth
• Promote awareness of the interconnectedness of all creation The Hygeia Foundation supports and sponsors a variety of projects that are aligned with this mission, particularly those that promote the principles and practice of sustainability.
