Individual Purpse
Individual purpose can be thought of as an overarching sense of what matters in our lives, and we experience purposefulness when we strive or work toward something personally meaningful or valued.
- Like many, I did not come into the world knowing my purpose. It has taken time, lots of personal development, questions, good and bad experiences to help uncover my purpose.
Organizational Purpose
It is about seeking to make valuable contributions to people and society that go beyond economic value. Organisational purpose matters as leaders must be able to communicate their ‘why’.
