This is what a responsible doctor instructs his patients staying at home.

controlled study of over 8 thousand movement clients closely matched with 5 times as many non-movement clients, showed a decrease in health care costs of over $800 per year per person! This was a 6 month study, over 5 years ago. Spectacular!
