What Is Purpose
A sense of purpose is a deep understanding of the reasons behind our efforts and a desire to pour in more time and energy because that purpose resonates with the impact we’d like to make on the world.
Individual Purpse
Individual purpose can be thought of as an overarching sense of what matters in our lives, and we experience purposefulness when we strive or work toward something personally meaningful or valued.
