After several decades of nutrition consultation, the obvious truth that food is only as healthy as the soil in which it is grown has become indisputable to me. My concern grew as I saw patients who were becoming sicker, younger. The launching of Onchenda Open Global Food Cooperative was an effort to provide fresh food directly from farm to families, and to encourage farmers in the choice of healthy regenerative practices.
