MediSounds
The MediSounds system uses the power of our own voices to create vocal vibrations based entirely on vowel sounds. The vibrations are emitted with intention and are directed to specific energy fields arrayed on the body. These energy fields, these emanations, are described in the mystical teaching of the Kabbalah. The result is easy access to a meditative state. Not only do these practices quiet our mind, they also connect us to higher abundant and sustaining realities.
