Reed Summers will present a logical framework for understanding Contact with non-human intelligence (NHI) and the critical steps necessary to formulate an accurate assessment of who these beings are, what they are doing and what their overall agenda may be in making contact with the human species. In addition to providing key steps for decoding NHI intent, Reed will also talk about the goals, methods and overall direction of the movement for Disclosure and alternate pathways for gaining transparency and public insight into the visitation now taking place in our world. With this, he will share his reflections about the major risks and opportunities at this stage in the Disclosure process and the implications that government admission of involvement in NHI-related programs may have for society, religion and international affairs in the years ahead.
