In celebration of the UN International Peace Week we invite you to experience a daring idea that is growing around the world — the creation of Peace on Earth by 2030! The premise of this initiative is that Peace on Earth requires the transformation of people's hearts and minds, emerges from people and their communities, and represents a learned competency of practices that can be cultivated by individuals. Come, learn, and experience personal and community empowerment at the heart of this emerging global movement.
Friday, September 22 — DAY 5: PEACE ON EARTH BY 2030 – UBUNTU IN ACTION

Launch of the Peace on Earth by 2030 in Africa Initiative in partnership with the African Union ECOSOCC and URI African Union. Its purpose is to create a continent wide peace movement and demonstrate Africa’s global leadership in creating peace in the world.
