Because trees look green doesn’t mean they are healthy. Climate extremes hurt trees. Old and young trees are starving, have inner blockages, and can’t grow. Forests are trapped in decline and can’t be expected to save humanity.
Are climate extremes AND the limitations of current beliefs about tree-care a death sentence for trees, forests, and humanity? They don’t have to be.
