Today we will look inside the youth mental health crisis to learn about effective solutions that lie outside of mainstream.

We will have a deep listen with teenagers as they share their inner world, and their school and social media pressures along with what is helping them press forward. Caspar Drummond is an IB student living in France, specialising in Geopolitics, Economics and Philosophy. He's attended the Chartres Mystery school since the age of 11. Milo Griffin and Catrina Godfrey are 8th graders from Bainbridge Island, Washington, and participants in an energy medicine afterschool program. Explored will be the power these types of programs and teen circles are an antidote for the epidemic of anxiety, loneliness, and self-harm, particularly experienced by teenage girls today.

A Dad and Daughter podcast and author team from the UK, Chris Daems and 19-year-old daughter Charlotte. They are Founders of The Kindness Project podcast, over 50,000 listeners, and will discuss what they have learned over the past six years, interviewing people from all over world who spread kindness. They will share their perspective on the power of simple acts of kindness to help us feel happier, safer, cared for, connected and part of a community. ::http://thekindnessproject.co.uk/book/::

TJ Power is a young neuroscientist, international speaker, and Co-Founder of Neurify. TJ has delivered mental health training to over 10,000 people, many teenagers. He will share his program, DOSE stands for Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins, that teaches teens to understand their mental health through rebalancing their brain chemistry. Also discussed is how modern technology can support engaging youth in finding their own solutions. ::https://www.neurify.io/#home::
