Integral Regression therapy facilitates “your inner journey back” to the inciting situations buried in your psychic memory, enabling you to revisit their imprints on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Thus it can be Inner Child Work, Past Life Therapy, Incarnation Memories and often Trauma Therapy and Energy work. The focus of this therapy is healing and transformation to bring forth the full potential of the soul`s journey in this life.
The wisdom of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, especially on topics like re-birth, death, past Lives and the evolution of the psychic being, is the backbone of this modality.
