We are living in a time of epic daily challenges and changes. Our nervous systems and inner-self are trying to cope and is on high alert responding to the "code red" chaos of our external environment. Self regulation is, more than ever, imperative to practice every morning we wake.

This Summit is a resource to take charge of your health & wellness, offering exceptional tools to empower you and that of your loved ones. The mind-body practices are simple and gentle, raising your energy, reducing stress and anxiety, balancing your emotions and opening your bodies healing capacity and your minds creativity, making everything more flexible and adaptable. And, in so doing, creating a life and spirit more resilient capable for integrating the "World Changes" that are upon us all, and awakening a deeper sense of connection with each other and Nature. The Incredible Benefits of Coherent Breathing

"Can you focus your life-breath until you become supple as a newborn child?" ~ Lao Tsu, Tao Te Ching

Babies are remarkably flexible. When a person is highly adaptable, their system undergoes less wear and tear during the challenges and stresses of everyday life. Breath Practices enable us to fine-tune the stress response system quickly whenever needed. When Scientists tested people at all possible breathing rates, they found, in an average adult height, a sweet spot where the "Heart Rate Variability",(HRV), is maximized and the electrical rhythms of the heart, lungs & brain become synchronized occurred at 5.5-second inhales followed by 5.5-second exhales, which works out almost exactly to 5.5 breaths per minute.Which would become known as "resonant breathing" or Coherent Breathing. Developing this slow breathing practice can shift the stress response system into a healthier balance by activating the healing, recharging part of the nervous system while quieting the defensive, energy burning parts. And, can be practiced, eventually, anywhere, at anytime. It's totally private, nobody knows you're doing it!
