Trans and Nonbinary people tell their stories in their own words.

A conversation about gender journeys throughout the lifespan with three trans* and/or nonbinary people: Cal Bigari, Co-Owner of Benders Salon, and Dr. Kevin Johnson, psychiatrist, and founding member of Trans Bodies, Trans Selves. One possible additional panelist TBD. Topics include: How do you describe your gender identity? What kinds of terms do you use and what do they mean to you? How does your gender intersect with your other identities (i.e. race/ethnicity, socioeconomic status, age, religion, etc.)? How can cisgender allies support trans* communities?
