Life is full of inflection points. Divorce, career upheaval, illness, empty nests, retirement, COVID and other life-changing events are all opportunities to explore, strengthen, and grow into who you are at your best—even in the worst of times. You know that when life feels limiting, it's time for more. What part of you is wanting to be expressed today? What would today look like if your whole self showed up for work and life, even in chaotic, uncertain times?

We’ll discuss:

  • How to go from the fear of “I have no idea what to do next” to a stable ground of deliberate living that moves you towards enduring happiness
  • The secret to embracing uncertainty—and the surprising word that brings you a sense of safety so you can bravely take action
  • Why traditional planning is the worst way to move forward … and the simple structure that acts as a guiding framework, making decisions easier.

If you're in the midst of change or planning a change over the next 12 months, this Humanity Rising episode is for you.
