According to several ET Guides, one of the quickest ways to interfere with human spiritual evolution is to make us hate, abuse, or reject our bodies. Cutting ourselves off from this astonishing, multi-dimensional vessel means we have cut off from our closest ally in our spiritual development. In many religious traditions, the body is regarded as a source of sin or entrapment instead of the astonishing universe it is.
How much information does our body contain? Consider this: An average adult body, composed of 60 trillion cells with nuclei, contains an astounding 68.2 billion miles of DNA. Seven times the diameter of the planetary solar system. And most of this information still remains a mystery.
To develop "Your Body as a Starship," Sue Baugh began two years ago to work with two ET Guides, Sordaz and Oxalc, associated with the Rahma Mission, a group started in the 1970s by Sixto Paz Wells and his family in Lima, Peru. In this presentation, Sue explains how the planetary spirit of Gaia and various ET groups have contributed to the body's success as a container of many levels of consciousness.
According to the Guides, humanity is to work with Gaia and higher beings to refine emotional and mental energies and carry them back to the Cosmic community to help all life to evolve. Changing people's view of their body from negative to positive is a critical element of that work.
Bio of Presenter
In her conventional life, Sue Baugh has spent a career working for major publishers as a writer and editor in the fields of science and medicine, business, social studies, and language arts. Her published work ranges from reference books on writing to strategic market planning to the volume Diet and the Immune System, registered with the U.S. Office of Alternative Technology. In the early 2000s, she and a colleague documented some of the world's oldest rock and mineral sites. In June 2024, Sue gave a presentation on "Consciousness and the Body" at the CEST Institute, part of Alanus University in Bonn, Germany.
In her less conventional life, Sue is a walk-in whose soul exchange happened at age 2. At age 5, she briefly returned to her home planet to ensure she would not forget her off-world origins during this Earthly life. In her early 40s, after struggling with deep trauma for years, she experienced a Near Death Experience (NDE), in which she was asked, "Do you want to continue, or do you want to come home?" Although tempted to depart Earth, she decided to continue here, particularly since she was working with her parents to resolve a four-generation pattern of violence in the family.
Over the years, Sue's spiritual journey has led her to study a variety of disciplines, including 20 years of Taoist outer and esoteric teachings, plus another 10 years of intense temple training qigong. She has taught tai qi/qigong to groups and private students for 25 years. Together with her science and medical writing, personal experiences, and teachings from the Guides, she offers this view of our multi-dimensional starship body, meant to help us realize who and what we really are.
