Thanks for the welcome! I’m interested in this topic Bec asset in a course I taught I had to do a bit of research into corporations. They started in the US after the Civil War, then the Carpetbaggers wanted more freedom to do their thing, and said that the enterprises they wanted to do was to benignly rebuild the South, help the Blacks, et. It was a trick (now called a corporate trick) so that if something went wrong (went South) they wouldn’t be liable like PARTNERSHIPS.;
