After years as a C-Level Executive with progressive experience building and leading successful companies I have moved into the arena of Executive Coaching and Business Consulting. I have my ICF ACC and CPC credential and have enjoyed working with some wonderful executives as they grow and develop themselves, their teams and at times their companies. My direct experience in operations, finance, strategic planning, marketing, IT, risk management and human resource management given me a great understanding what my clients are dealing with on a day to day basis. I have built and led effective teams with P&L responsibility. Raised money from the equity and debt markets. Directed the activities of managerial, technical and support personnel. In addition I have M&A experience, orchestrated and evaluated equipment purchases; negotiated contracts and leases; planned and supervised office build outs; developed annual and monthly budgets and forecasting future needs.
