Let us change the dialogue and see what this is, with 20 20 vision. If we do not see the more truer picture, this dialogue will go on. It is like couples who have unresolvable issues, argue and in conflict to their death beds.

I suspect it relates to how we recall our individual and species birth processes. Remembrance of the positive makes for progressives, remembrance of the trauma, the negative, makes for a fear-based consciousness that underlies the more conservative worldview. I have no idea why such remembrances should split so close to 50-50…. David Stoney
