Integral Transpersonal Education Pier Luigi Lattuado M.D., Ph.D.

Trans (To Pervade) • The pervasive component of the term trans means that life and therefore every human experience is pervasive, it involves the totality of being. • This aspect focuses on the need for an integral look to understand how everything is interconnected: a mental event is both physical, energetic and emotional at the same time.

Mu: The Further Mode make the two become one

Square within a circle; going beyond our boundaries

Organismic Self Body-Mind (data 2 - ICI) Concentric circles: Physical body (outer most); Energetic body; Emotional body; Mental body; Spiritual body (inner most)

Covid-19 and New Normal: Work-From: -Home revolution and the effects on Organizational Soft Skills Integral Transpersonal Soft Skills Sara Gambelli — Transpersonal Psychotherapist and Consultant

• Covid-19 transformed people relationship to work with millions out of the job and many more getting used to work in a completely different way. Covid raised bunch of questions on :

  How the work will change?
  How the relationships could evolve?
How about creativity at work and human interactions?

• the need for workers to gather together in offices has shaped almost every aspect of modern life. • people could communicate via electronic means without realizing that didn't mean that every body had to be in the same place. • Covid-19 brought to light the uncomfortable truth that offices are expensive and inefficient. (Cost: $10,000 per worker per year)

  • 13:02:55 From: Leo Jacoby : • The conception of Space is changing

• The conception on Time is changing

• Working in remote stations could affect creative roles, they could lose inspiration and a positive climate of change. • The lack of common round table could affect the communications process, the feedback process and the empathy

  • 13:23:17 From: Leo Jacoby : I've begun participating in some World Cafe sessions via Zoom. We start in a plenary session and then breakout for three rounds of conversation, with different table mates each time (groups of four.) Participants are encouraged to speak about 5 minutes before passing the "talking stick" to another--a bit like the way a jazz quartet works. Returning to plenary format gives opportunity to harvest what emerges in the small group conversations.

World Cafe provides etiquette rules to create safe space for people to share. I think their structure for personal conversation has potential for various transpersonal education venue in-person or online. Cf. http://www.theworldcafe.com/key-concepts-resources/world-cafe-method/

  • 13:27:17 From: Leo Jacoby : Here was Kurt's contribution this morning: From: Kurt Krueger to Everyone: 11:27 AM

For a deeper connection with others doing Zoom/FaceTime/etc.: First, Open sacred space - ask people to pause like before eating a meal to focus on the highest good of the meeting - at least 5-9 full breaths. Second, place your hand forward to the camera, not covering it - more like reaching toward the other person/people to touch their palm. A deeper connect will occur. Keep it up… then put the hand down. Third, keep the connection with the heart and then speak

  • 13:27:48 From: Kathryn Alexander, MA : @Diane say more about the death group

  • 13:31:06 From: lesleysouthwick-trask : thanks Stan !
  • 13:31:13 From: Diane Skidmore : It was a process similar to what Lesley just said. A short introduction of each person then three questions. A ten minutes discussion on each question and then we moved tables. At the end we could collect brief gathering of what had been said. Everyone enjoyed it and said they'd like another session but - it never happened. But - I did some similar things with young people too
