Once two (or more) people are perceived by a matchmaker to be appropriately introduced to each other the matchmaker can try to identify at least one person familiar with, and trusted by, the people being matched. Those people will be considered to be part of a coaching team whose role is to serve the needs of the possible "Match." The match itself then becomes a structural entity that will benefit from introducing the the people being matched.
Since the dictionary definition of matchmaking usually refers to the activity of arranging marriages or romantic relationships between people, this article refers to a much broader concept of encouraging relationships for understanding the one we are towards building the Age of Helpfulness.
