In this rapidly evolving and transfixing world, we find ourselves at the dawn of a unitive age. As we navigate the complexities of the information era, bombarding our senses exponentially daily, there is a growing recognition of the interconnectedness of all things alive and even inanimate! The practices offered this week in ‘Urgent Self-Care for Urgent Times’, such as Evolutionary Somatics, CoreTalk- dialoguing with your body using a pendulum and applied kinesiology, Coherent Breathing, Tarot in Motion, and Mental Imagery, are all rooted in the understanding that our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects are deeply interconnected. By engaging with these practices, participants can tap into the wisdom of their whole being, integrating mind, body, and spirit. This unitive approach allows for a more comprehensive and transformative self-care experience, where individuals can address the root causes of their challenges and cultivate a sense of wholeness and balance, fostering personal growth, and contributing to the collective evolution of Life on Earth.
