We have been highlighting events in the US Congress as the Senate and House finalize the wording of the National Defense Authorization Act and determine whether the UAP Disclosure Act will be part of it. Today Jim Garrison replaces Daniel Sheehan who has been intimately involved int he UFO issue for over 40 years.
