The Inner Blue Zone is the space within each of us where optimal health, vitality, and flow reside. By focusing on breath, fascia, movement, and energy healing, we can unlock this zone to improve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It's about aligning the body’s natural systems to release stagnation, enhance energy flow, and create a state of balance and harmony, allowing us to thrive from the inside out.

'''[[Dehanna Rice]]''' is a visionary Peace Builder, Polarity Therapist, Hypnotherapist, and Wellness Practitioner with over 25 years of experience teaching across the US and Europe. Her mission is to demonstrate how our thoughts can transform both personal well-being and planetary energy, unlocking our individual and collective potential. As a senior teacher for Breath-Body-Mind Workshops, Dehanna blends evidence-based science with ancient wisdom, offering natural, safe methods to address stress, trauma, aging, and various mental and physical challenges.

Her journey began in New York City, supporting firefighters after 9/11, and has since expanded globally, helping refugees, soldiers straight from the battlefield, and survivors of mass shootings and natural disasters.

A passionate peace advocate, Dehanna has served at the United Nations' High-Level Forum for the Global Movement for the Culture of Peace and in the Bay Area for Pathways to Peace, founded by her mentor and close friend, the late Avon Mattison.

Dehanna frequently presents on topics such as self-health empowerment and emerging adulthood through Humanity Rising, inspiring others to unlock their full potential and heal through Natural Medicine.
