Covid-19 and the demand for racial justice have shown to be catalysts to expedite change. Perspectives are changing, with diversity and inclusion gaining traction for increasing innovation and agility, as well as more effectively serving communities, partners and stakeholders. In this session, we will explore the three paths to ensure a more diverse and inclusive environment. Specifically, the three paths we will focus on are driving results through diversity, equity, and inclusion, developing intercultural competence, and finally, recognizing unconscious bias.
