As a retired scientist, I am continually inspired and awed by the New Biology. It reverses so much of what I learned in my science classes over decades. It shows me how elegant, resilient and miraculous Nature and the human body actually are. As a result, I spend much less time worrying about my own resilience or my body's innate ability to find work-arounds to so many assaults, including psyops. Definitely see the affects personally 3rd generation of “war parenting” - I’ve had that theory before - didn’t know it had a name. The fact that lack of access to or unwillingness to go to counseling etc to integrate/heal with the grief, loss, anger, has trickled down generationally - have worked to change that for our future generations- my sister, too.

Interestingly, in the U.S. the unexamined trauma is now being manifested as how some whites react or project their fears onto what is called critical race theory and not wanting it to be taught in schools

The New Physical Education is all about Strengthening Character (as in the great Living Values Education Systems), Fit for Life, and FUN! Not simply sports orientated. Cooperative Games, Project Adventure and so much more… We taught every student in the school. Never had to have a ‘police’ officer on campus even though it had the biggest Gang in the San Fernando Valley until it was mandated in every school in Los Angeles! Character education brings more peace! We put a painted Chartres Labyrinth on the blacktop to be used interdisciplinary, simply walking it, trust walking, etc.

I personally conducted a 79 person study with people from the Restorative Community Coalition, who we had done work with regarding re-entry, restorative justice, re-orientation, re-direction and re-engagement with the community. Watch the series I did called Blindspots - about the Jail Trauma Study. It was unexpected findings that has led to me understanding that we have civic trauma caused by civic collisions between institutions - and the humans get caught in the middle of the mechanics of our systems. Then watch the WhatcomCounty98225 episode on that same You Tube Channel. There are 5 audio discussions in there...and we talk about all these issues. We are updating the Restorative Community Coalition's website with all these.

I think people expect others to act the same way they act. that makes it difficult to trust that you will be treated compassionately IF you have been compassionate. Whites can’t trust until they become trustworthy.
