Malcolm, so lovely to see you. Excited to hear your wisdom.

From Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees: (11:19 AM)

Oh, Dear Malcolm, deepest sympathy 💐

From Kate Hansen Hansen to Panelists and Attendees: (11:19 AM)

@Amy Great! Will do.

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:19 AM)

I heard about the self inflicted death of my oldest son at Eselan. Yup a long journey but it has become a wonderful story of completion and it opened my heart.

From Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees: (11:21 AM)

@Kathryn Blessings on your journey & thank you for your wisdom❤️

From Doreen Tanenbaum to Panelists and Attendees: (11:21 AM)

Mary Magdalene is a mystic guide for those that follow that path

From Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees: (11:22 AM)

Yes, we ALL need to think out of the box to survive

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:22 AM)

_/\_ It had to be - it completed 4,500 years of pain and anger. Well worth it, sad it had to happen.

From Anne-Marie Goncalves Desai to Panelists and Attendees: (11:23 AM)

it reminds me of the quote: change is inevitable, growth is optional

From Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees: (11:23 AM)

So true, our pain can feed the new Consciousness

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (11:23 AM)

Yes, Malcolm. And there is light at the end of the tunnel.

A lifetime of pain.

From Doreen Tanenbaum to Panelists and Attendees: (11:24 AM)

Yes Peter we will need to go through that pain

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:24 AM)

as children do… and they/we learn…

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:25 AM)

I think that is much of the anger people are expressing is our anger at ourselves for doing what we’ve done. It is easier to be angry at others than to accept responsibility.

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:25 AM)

yes, Kathryn

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (11:25 AM)

Peter, Yes.

From Kip Adams to Panelists and Attendees: (11:26 AM)

Connect to nature is the msg of the indigenous people for human survival

From Doreen Tanenbaum to Panelists and Attendees: (11:26 AM)

Yes what we have to awaken to what has happened on this planet

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (11:26 AM)

Compounded grief.

From Jo Berry to Panelists and Attendees: (11:26 AM)

Thanks Malcolm in tears, and very moved by your vulnerability. Our hearts melt and shatter, grow and transform. We need to care deeply.

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (11:26 AM)

it is a daily Practice.

From Me to Panelists and Attendees: (11:27 AM)

Getting beyond the current trauma will have to manifest certain people who act as Imaginal cells. These people will learn to foster helpfulness among people.

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:27 AM)

My lesson was to apologize - to own my actions and to say - to my son - I’m sorry. It took me 4,500 years to do that. My hope is that we, as humanity, can do that - each of us individually - to nature. We have to apologize and then do better!

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (11:27 AM)

Yes, Peter. Exactly.

Grieving is a natural process.

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:28 AM)

@Stanley - yes!

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:28 AM)

We love you, Malcolm. You are held here in love and gratitude...

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (11:28 AM)

HR has been part of mine.

From Doreen Tanenbaum to Panelists and Attendees: (11:28 AM)

It is awakening and cleansing our part

From Jen Forti to Panelists and Attendees: (11:28 AM)

Would you mind sharing some of those practices?

From Jo Berry to Panelists and Attendees: (11:30 AM)

Yes! That is my work, how we can not blame, even when we are hurting.

From Bruce Schuman to Panelists and Attendees: (11:30 AM)

Is there a "cosmic source of guidance" that can act as a collective polestar -- such as the paradigm of "oneness" or "wholeness" -- that could lead the collective towards healing....(?)

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:31 AM)

@Bruce - yes - inside…

From Bruce Schuman to Panelists and Attendees: (11:31 AM)

@Kathryn - can it be shared (?)

From Hilde Paz to Panelists and Attendees: (11:31 AM)

Much easier to express anger and rage, rather than feeling vulnerable.

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:32 AM)

@Bruce, it is - though mostly not known or seen

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:32 AM)

I think we can share our experience, but everyone walks their path alone..

From Anne-Marie Goncalves Desai to Panelists and Attendees: (11:32 AM)

Malcolm, so touching to hear your story, thank you

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:32 AM)

That may be ending, @Kathryn…

idk

From Doreen Tanenbaum to Panelists and Attendees: (11:33 AM)

Yes…Peter we have to own what is surfacing within moment to moment judgments of others

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (11:34 AM)

Early 90's I learned how to grieve. And have been widening the circles.

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:34 AM)

The inner and outer rhythm is a key to connection, I think...

From Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees: (11:34 AM)

Very wise Malcolm...grief is in the throat(in the Polarity Therapy model I work)...Letting out the sound & tears cleanses the holding pattern! Letting GO!

From David Stoney to Panelists and Attendees: (11:34 AM)

I held on to anger for many decades after mother was killed in an automobile wreck when I was 10. It nearly killed me. I’ve worked hard at letting it go and being open to the pain and grief of her loss. Forgiveness has been very important… David Stoney

From Annelies Weijschede to Panelists and Attendees: (11:34 AM)

Sometimes the cushion is a phase to enter the into the grief

From Jo Berry to Panelists and Attendees: (11:35 AM)

Malcolm you were present in 1984 when I silently committed to not blame the terrorist who killed my Dad, instead bring love and compassion. Still on that journey!

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (11:35 AM)

Yes, Joanna. It is a choice.

From Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees: (11:35 AM)

Yes, set it up for the Evolutionary process

From Me to Panelists and Attendees: (11:35 AM)

The next stage of evolution... We're seeing the dawning of the Age of Helpfulness.

From Ken Haldenstein to Panelists and Attendees: (11:36 AM)

I appreciate all of the personal sharing here. I experienced major depression for many years in the late ‘80s and part of the ‘90s, and have been in treatment since then. So I can relate to some of the themes here.

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (11:37 AM)

It all unfolds magically.

From Lesley Southwick-Trask to Panelists and Attendees: (11:37 AM)

@Bruce and @Kathryn My experience of losing my husband was completely different than with my mother. I believe each journey is extremely personal and unique. I embraced the grief immediately with my mum. It took me 2 years before I began my grief journey in terms of my husband.

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:37 AM)

@Shannon - bearing witness - we are entering the stage to make that happen for others. for Turmps believers, for…..

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:38 AM)

yes…

From Lesley Southwick-Trask to Panelists and Attendees: (11:38 AM)

We are both the witness and the embedded participant.

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:39 AM)

MOM is not always gentle with the guidance we need.

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:39 AM)

@Lesley, yes each relationship is unique. There is no ‘one’ way, no ‘rule’ or steps to follow, just trust and engaging - keep on keeping on. Resonate - what a wonderful word and place.

From Jane to Panelists and Attendees: (11:39 AM)

Great question Peter.

From David Stoney to Panelists and Attendees: (11:40 AM)

“Forgiveness is the answer, the divine answer, to the question implied in our existence. An answer is answer only for him who has asked, who is aware of the question.” (Paul Tillich)
… David Stoney

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:40 AM)

@David - very wise and wonderful

From Jane to Panelists and Attendees: (11:41 AM)

Follow our intuition

From Lesley Southwick-Trask to Panelists and Attendees: (11:41 AM)

@Kathryn yes :)

From Annelies Weijschede to Panelists and Attendees: (11:41 AM)

listen deeply…

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:41 AM)

intuition = MOM’s whispers

From Jane to Panelists and Attendees: (11:42 AM)

Daily practice...follow your intuition...trust...follow

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:42 AM)

Yes - I see emotion as information - it tells me how important something is to me and that’s is interesting and worth paying attention to.

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (11:43 AM)

It is a very creative process.

From Jane to Panelists and Attendees: (11:44 AM)

Yes Peter lesson is not to ASSUME that because you have been able to follow the intuitive once it will always work in the same way

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:44 AM)

It’s not about the steps, it’s about taking them - that’s where authenticity resides.

From Anne-Marie Goncalves Desai to Panelists and Attendees: (11:44 AM)

beautiful Peter

From David Stoney to Panelists and Attendees: (11:45 AM)

@Kathryn, thanks, David

From Peg Kuperman to Panelists and Attendees: (11:46 AM)

Just as there is not one healing method for all, we all need to take responsibility

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:46 AM)

Tolle DOES hesitate… and allows the right things to say arise in the moment…

From Peg Kuperman to Panelists and Attendees: (11:46 AM)

to find our own Way

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:46 AM)

@Peg - YES!

From Suzanne Marie to Panelists and Attendees: (11:46 AM)

Thank you Malcolm ... was angry when my brother passed 2 years ago and only recently really started grieving and realizing anger was a way not to feel the grief and regret. And yes, Kathryn, emotions is information or language of the soul

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:46 AM)

A hard thing to do.

From Annelies Weijschede to Panelists and Attendees: (11:46 AM)

beginners mind…

From Anne-Marie Goncalves Desai to Panelists and Attendees: (11:47 AM)

the energy of life behind the world is what creates the magic

the words

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:47 AM)

@Anne-Marie beautiful!

From Peg Kuperman to Panelists and Attendees: (11:47 AM)

Yes, difficult, yet all the more fulfilling in each of our journeys…and ultimately healing for all

From Jen Forti to Panelists and Attendees: (11:48 AM)

That’s US!!

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:49 AM)

YAY

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:49 AM)

yes!

From Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees: (11:49 AM)

Intuition is the most important for connecting to the antidotes for what ails us! ASK for clarity!

From Anne-Marie Goncalves Desai to Panelists and Attendees: (11:49 AM)

HR is an amazing Sangha

From Annelies Weijschede to Panelists and Attendees: (11:49 AM)

that makes my heart sing Peter!

From Me to Panelists and Attendees: (11:50 AM)

Sanger... the daily existence of HR is creating a sense of trust.. and the consistent message is doing wonders for all of us who are coming here each day.

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (11:50 AM)

a safe space to put voice to the pain. Others holding a space of Deep Listening. @shannon

From Suzanne Marie to Panelists and Attendees: (11:50 AM)

@Anne-Marie ...yes, right on

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:50 AM)

Just in time!

From Liliane Mavridara to Panelists and Attendees: (11:51 AM)

@Stanley, yes sangha it is that brings us together and showing up every day.

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:51 AM)

we’re doing it!

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (11:51 AM)

Oneness

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:52 AM)

it is the joining of the many into sanghas and then them together and and and… One!

From Me to Panelists and Attendees: (11:53 AM)

OtherNetwors.org is one of the platforms that Peter is talking about. And each these platforms are attempting to collect and coordinate the others in a network of networks.

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (11:53 AM)

the irritation is important !!

so is grief and the letting go of anger...

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (11:54 AM)

@Peter Trust is felt. All flows.

From Me to Panelists and Attendees: (11:55 AM)

One expression of the connections is going to happen tomorrow at the conversation.cc and is being called the press conference... Does someone have the URL for tomorrow's press conference?

From Dehanna Rice to Panelists and Attendees: (11:55 AM)

Yes, Vulnerability is a Strength

From Jane to Panelists and Attendees: (11:55 AM)

Inspired and supportive of each other....so important....and full authenticity.

From Suzanne Marie to Panelists and Attendees: (11:56 AM)

Yes, Peter ... through this lockdown many platforms have popped up and connecting through breakout groups and like the after-chat in not just getting support but allowing imaginable cells emerge

From Anne-Marie Goncalves Desai to Panelists and Attendees: (11:56 AM)

@Suzanne, beautiful said

From Me to Panelists and Attendees: (11:56 AM)

Here it is... it's happening tomorrow: ::https://thepressconference.org/</nowiki>

From Me to Panelists and Attendees: (11:57 AM)

Thank you, Kathryn.

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (11:57 AM)

@Suzanne - yes - that IS how the imaginal cells are showing up - brilliant!

From Annelies Weijschede to Panelists and Attendees: (11:58 AM)

Without abrasion no shine…!

From David Stoney to Panelists and Attendees: (12:00 PM)

Like a hammer blow, I’ve been struck with the realization that the Source (Oneness) and Mother Earth have provided us with a planetary emergency (the pandemic) that, if we so choose, can break us open to be able to see a path forward different from the suicide mission we’re currently on. Which is what Humanity Rising is all about, of course. Please forgive my slowness. Sometimes even my uncanny grasp of the obvious lets me down… David Stoney

From Annelies Weijschede to Panelists and Attendees: (12:00 PM)

Beautiful Peter

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (12:00 PM)

Beautiful David. ;)

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (12:01 PM)

@David Beautiful realization

From Jane to Panelists and Attendees: (12:01 PM)

When you care about the essence of the other ...when you care about the heart of others.

It takes courage .

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (12:02 PM)

@David oxoxoxox

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (12:03 PM)

It is so much easier to just do it!

From Suzanne Marie to Panelists and Attendees: (12:03 PM)

Thank you Malcolm for that piece of realization

From Anne-Marie Goncalves Desai to Panelists and Attendees: (12:03 PM)

I am enjoying this conversation soooo much. Aren’t we blessed?

From Shannon McArthur to Panelists and Attendees: (12:03 PM)

From Annelies Weijschede to Panelists and Attendees: (12:04 PM)

THANK YOU for That Malcolm....full heart.

From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Panelists and Attendees: (12:09 PM)

WE are death phobic, but that’s almost all we create - what you pay attention to grows…

From Kip Adams to Panelists and Attendees: (12:10 PM)

Our own mortality; a collective denial of our universal terminal diagnosis- Facing it can be liberating (hint: it doesn't exist)

From Annelies Weijschede to Panelists and Attendees: (12:10 PM)

that might be one of the teachings of covid… letting come death close by

From Kala to Panelists and Attendees: (12:11 PM)

Layer by Layer. deeper and deeper. like a Life review.

From Jane to Panelists and Attendees: (12:12 PM)

Yes Malcolm that is when the suffering becomes a gift,

Although it doesn't always feel that way.

From Tiffany Stone to Panelists and Attendees: (12:13 PM)

Not that I believe this, but it is interesting to think about..a practitioner of mine had COVID-19 back in February—she tested for antibodies later—she was working with a healer the other day who told her people get COVID-19 who are afraid of dying

From Hilde Paz to Panelists and Attendees: (12:13 PM)

Nice words, but difficult to practice.

From Sharon Truax to Panelists and Attendees: (12:13 PM)

@Malcolm. Thank you.

From Diane Sue to Panelists and Attendees: (12:17 PM)

“This is the true joy in life, being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one. Being a force of nature instead of a feverish, selfish little clod of ailments and grievances, complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy. I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the whole community and as long as I live, it is my privilege to do for it what I can. I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work, the more I live. I rejoice in life for its own sake. Life is no brief candle to me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got hold of for the moment and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations.”

― George Bernard Shaw
