Andy Hoffman

Andy Hoffman is the Holcim (US) professor of Sustainable Enterprise at the University of Michigan, holding joint appointments in the Ross School of Business and the School for Environment and Sustainability. Author of more than 100 articles and chapters, he has published 16 books on the processes by which environmental issues emerge and evolve, and received numerous awards for his work. His work focuses on using organizational behavior models and theories to understand cultural and institutional aspects of environmental issues for organizations, particularly around issues of climate change. His most recent book is The Engaged Scholar.  Recent books include Finding Purpose, How Culture Shapes the Climate Change Debate, and Flourishing (with John Ehrenfeld).
