An Economy of Our Own is prompting EconoGirlfriend Conversations, Econo-Consciousness-Raising groups, and local action on women’s problems, like the pay gap and childcare.
- But it turns out the macro-economic policies now perceived as free from gender, such as GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and QE (Quantitative Easing) and currency, are also women’s issues.
